Jens-Arne Dammyr
DAILY LEADER
Jens-Arne is the founder of Aker Yachts and has run the company since the early 2000s. He has extensive experience in sales as a real estate agent, and has previously run boat charters. Jens-Arne holds a coastal skipper’s certificate and has skippered his own charter boats. This combination of boating and sales experience makes him well suited to lead the business with a firm hand.
Hanne Dammyr
FINANCE MANAGER
Hanne has sailed all her life and enjoys being at sea. She started in the position in August 2015 and has broad knowledge of boats and the industry. She has extensive experience in finance and administration and is responsible for the firm’s finances and client funds. She is co-owner and chairman of the company.
Christian Stensby
BOAT BROKER
Christian has extensive experience in sales, project management and marketing. He is a civil marketer at NMH/BI, and he has a great passion for the sea and boating. Christian focuses on the customer and aims to ensure safe and efficient trading. He is skilled at building good relationships and finding the best solution for you as a customer, whether you are selling a boat or want to buy a new one. He sits at the head office in Blommenholm on a daily basis. Christian brokers boats throughout the country, and has sold several expensive boats out of Norway.
Idar Storjord
BOAT BROKER
Idar has a great passion for the sea and boating. He has extensive experience in sales. Idar thrives on the sea and has spent a lot of free time in the sailboat S/Y Perfect Moment on the Spanish sunny coast and therefore has many contacts both for buying and selling in Spain. Idar puts the customer in focus and is keen to build good relationships with both buyer and seller. He sits at the head office in Blommenholm on a daily basis. Idar brokers boats throughout the country, but has Eastern Norway as its immediate area.
Tore Dammyr

Tore is Jens-Arne’s brother and has a technical, maritime education. Tore has mainly worked in sales throughout his working life, and has run boat charters together with Jens-Arne. His motto is everything for the customer, both seller and buyer. Tore offers seriousness and security, important for both parties to be satisfied. Tore is connected to the head office and brokers boats all over the world.
Isac Dahlqvist
BOAT BROKER
Isac has a great passion for the sea and boating. He has experience from marinas with the sale and maintenance of boats. He thrives on the sea and even has a Sessa Key Largo. Isac puts the customer in focus and is keen to build good relationships with both buyer and seller. He sits at the head office in Blommenholm on a daily basis. Isac brokers boats throughout the country, but has Eastern Norway as its immediate area.
Tor Hjelle
BOAT BROKER
Tor has a long experience in the boat industry and is himself a passionate boat user. He has extensive experience in sales and purchasing, and also has an engineering degree and a master’s degree from BI. Tor enjoys most of what the sea has to offer, whether it’s water skiing, diving, windsurfing or just relaxing in an idyllic harbour. The combination of industry experience, boat use and education makes Tor very well suited to solve the assignments for our customers. He normally sits at the head office in Blommenholm, but brokers boats all over the country.
Mons Tinius Røgeberg
BOAT BROKER
Mons has experience in sales, finance and marketing. He has a great ability to get in touch with people and create good relationships. He operates on a daily basis from his home in Sandefjord and brokers boats throughout Norway. He is happy to travel to other parts of the country to help be even more proactive and accessible to customers. Mons has a great passion for the sea.
Elin Kvaale Moe
ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARY
Elin has extensive sailing experience and has sailed in waters both in Norway and in the rest of Europe. She is our administrative secretary and works in a team with the general manager. She has a good understanding of business operations and customer service. She also assists other brokers and the general manager with tasks and is responsible for the important job of drawing up contracts.
Karim Masud
MAINTENANCE WORK
Karim is responsible for maintenance on our boats, and joined Aker Yachts in January 2023.
He is a trained cabinetmaker, and is also good at polishing, base fabric and similar jobs.
He works daily at Blommenholm and is ready for assignments.
